PETE'S PECAN PATCH - Enjoy the beautiful Main Llano River, seven miles from Junction on Hwy 377 between London and Junction. Located off Hwy 377 on KC 312, you just follow it till you come to a large Pecan Orchard. At the end of trees turn right on KC 3121 that goes right to the property. The rental is a two bedroom converted RV that can sleep up to nine. One bedroom has a Queen bed and on the opposite end are three bunk beds. The sofa and bench dining table also turn into double beds. With an indoor living area that has a kitchen, dining area and living area and a complete bath. There is a DVD player. The kitchen is completely furnished and linens are also furnished. There is an outdoor covered picnic area with a gas grill, picnic table, an extra refrigerator and an outdoor shower.
This private property boasts one half mile of river access, and offers a variety of depths of river water and current, perfect for the entire family. There are areas perfect for swimming and fishing, canoe/kayaking, or just plain ol relaxing. One can tube on one section of the river where you can get in, float, get out & walk back to repeat the experience –over and over again, no shuttle necessary! River traffic is rare and it is an easy walk of a couple of blocks to the river access or you can drive to within close proximity of the river. Take advantage of this beautiful location and enjoy wildlife which includes whitetail deer, Axis deer, turkey, wild hogs, lots of small animals and many wild bird to enjoy. An experienced Kayak-er will give you information for half day or overnight trips. Under special conditions hunting for nuisance varmints can be allowed. Guaranteed kill hunts are also available. If you are interested in either you will need to discuss it with the owner for more information.
Rates for two people on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights is $150.00 per night. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday $125.00 per night. Each additional person is $15.00 per person. Children under 10 are free. Minimum two day rental. Camping is sometimes available when there are no other guests. SCHUSTER RANCH - Schuster Ranch - The Schuster Ranch is setup for traditional family outdoor recreation with benefits for the entire family. These activities include fishing, hiking, hunting, star gazing, liar's ring story telling, and memories that last a lifetime. As a working ranch, we also actively breed and sell Watusi bulls, along with Exotic Wildlife hunts and or trapping of Axis, Black Buck, and an occasional Seika deer. The Schuster Ranch is family owned with approximately 4000 +/- feet of both sides of the spring fed Sycamore Creek. Our property contains three dams that impale very nice, clear, deep water for fishing. Fantastic views up to 2,013 feet and a beautiful variety of big trees such as: Live Oaks, Spanish Oaks, Blue Oaks, Shin Oaks, Black Walnuts, and Sycamores along the creek. stoplight in town on US Hwy 377 South, come and stay in these two newly
constructed cabins. Each cabin sleeps one couple (queen
beds in each and one with additional full-size bed), are fully air conditioned and heated, offer a kitchen ready
for those great river meals, include bed linins, cable TV, and internet
“sometimes”. Consideration is
given on pets on a case by case basis (owner has two dogs of her own on
premises). Two night minimum required. Weekly and monthly discounts
available. River access from both cabins, including the “pool” which
offers steps into the water. This is a great location for birders, too!

COOL RIVER CABIN Our part of the Llano River, just 900 paces from Cool River Cabin’s
front door, is deep and wide and has private owners on both sides.
Swimming, fishing, canoeing to the rapids are all possible here. We
have a canoe and keowis (similar to kayak) available. You can also
enjoy bird watching, native plants, wildlife, and night sky gazing, or
hiking around the property.The cabin is privately located on our Native
American Seed farm. It has two bedrooms, two baths, and a a sleeping
loft over the kitchen and will accommodate up to six persons. All of
the furniture was hand built of mesquite wood. There is a full kitchen
with dishes and cookware as well as a laundry room for your use.

TERRA FIRMA CABIN -Terra Firma is a
nice, tranquil place to relax. Accommodations Consist of a "bardominium"
and a small cabin located on 25 acres with about 900 feet of the Llano
stretch of river includes a nice deep pool area, some great rapids and
even an oxbow
lake, tucked away our out of the river's view. River traffic is rare. It
is a great place to swim, fish, tube, canoe/kayak, hike, bird watch,
view wildlife, star gaze, or just plan ol' relax.
The small 2-room cabin sleeps 5
people, while the 3-room barndominium sleeps 8, and is a short hike to
an impressive stretch of the Llano River. Both have open porches
